Summary

My name is Alan Feirer, and I am a leadership and organizational development consultant historically focused on youth and young adult organizations. My mission in the past has been to reach non-profit organizations and other groups who can’t generally afford a traditional management consultant. While this mission continues, my work in this area has prepared me to offer a unique perspective and expertise to corporate clients as well.

I provide workshops, speaking engagements, and consultations with emphasis on maximizing leadership effectiveness and empowering team member leadership, with built-in follow-up and accountability procedures.  I like to use the DiSC profile tool for clients who are interested in maximizing their communication and leadership effectiveness.
